SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be processed and may take 1-2 business days to process shipping and tracking information to the customer. All orders are domestic within Australia (not including New Zealand) Shipment cost will be fixed and will not vary at anytime during the process of an order or awaiting delivery. Tracking information will be processed once sent and may take up to 2 business days for the customer to receive the tracking number.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If a product is damaged, a return and refund is available within the first 2 business days once you have received a product. If it has exceeded 2 business days, no return or refund can be made. If a decision has been made to return or cancel an order whilst through the process of shipping, it is required for the customer to pay any return shipping cost or fee.
