Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unused and unwashed.

• All original tags and labels are attached.

• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Dawson.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We take the quality of our products seriously. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. Products that fail to meet consumer guarantees may qualify for a remedy even if they do not meet our standard change-of-mind return conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

For change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees are generally non-refundable. This does not affect any refund or other remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or would like to exchange an item, contact our support team to check availability.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we can discuss alternative options or any refund you're legally entitled to receive.

Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns

Unless required by law, we may decline change-of-mind returns for items that:

• Have been worn, washed or used.

• Are damaged through misuse or improper care.

• Have missing tags or are not returned in their original condition.

These exclusions do not remove your rights regarding faulty products or other consumer guarantees.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage for eligible change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Dawson cannot guarantee the safe arrival of items sent without tracking.

For eligible faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.
